The rights provided to your employees and workers are embedded in employment law.
These rights set the minimum standards for working time, rest, annual leave, time off for trade union or public duties, etc.
The employees contractual terms and conditions and any local agreement may stipulate these rights further but must never go below the minimum statutory entitlement.
